Hero Certified Burgers - Oakville

This restaurant is completely unacceptable! The walls and floors are filthy, the women's bathroom is out of order, and the only functioning bathroom, the men's room, is disgustingly dirty. There is no soap available, and both the urinal and toilet are filled with bodily fluids and stains. Two employees in the shift seem disinterested and provide zero customer service. For your own health, I would not recommend eating here. I feel sorry for the owners, as they are probably unaware of the state of their establishment. This place urgently needs to be inspected, closed down, and thoroughly cleaned before someone falls seriously ill.

This place is extremely unclean. The person making the burgers is not taking any precautions such as wearing gloves or a hair net. Despite seeing this, I still ordered a burger for my son who was hungry. Unfortunately, after eating it, he became extremely sick. It is important that this restaurant be inspected to ensure they are following food safety regulations.

I had a really terrible experience at Hero Certified Burger in Oakville. The staff was impolite and the service was really bad.

I order 3 combos today. I was very happy with the burgers they made, the bark was well made and clean toppings. the staff was very helpful and friendly. there were many orders, but I got my order in time.

Stopped by this Hero Burgers location for lunch on Sunday, picked up two veggie burgers for us and a Chicken Strips for my 5 year old (his favorite meal from HCB until this day). While taking the first few bites he mentioned that the chicken strips were cooked little different today not thinking much of it at the time (and we regret not tasting it first before feeding it to him) we carried on munching on our burgers and he continued on with his Chicken strips.An hour or two later after we got back home, he started puking. By the time we put him to bed he had puked two times I had to take a day off next day to take him to doctor's and get all the check-ups done turned out to be an acute case of food positioning.This used to be our favorite fast food brand and always enjoyed their burgers, not anymore. Meat products (specially Chicken) needs very careful handling and strict standards it's clear that our chicken strips were stale and shouldn't have been served.Two days off from school, one day work off not to mention, the physical and mental suffering we went through seeing your little one n this condition, just because someone thought it'd be ok selling stale chicken.Never going back to Hero Burgers again.
