I am an OTR truck driver currently stuck in the port of Oakland. I placed a $70 order, including a tip, at this Papa John's location. Unfortunately, the pizza I received was not what I had ordered. When I called to address the issue, the store suggested that I just throw it away instead of attempting to fix the mistake. This was a disappointing way to handle the situation, especially considering I am a truck driver located 3,000 miles away from home and unable to easily get around.
