Taco Bell - Oakdale

I order online 10 minutes before i arrived, i placed my order to the drive thru as i have done many of times but today the line was very long so i went in to just pickup my order. When i asked a staff if they could switch my order to pick up the lady got quite snippy and said why should i get to jp ahead of everyone else and that she couldn't switch my order over. I have came to this same taco bell for my lunch break well over 25 times and have had to pick up inside instead 3 other time and was able to find a friendly staff that switched it no question.

Fairly quick service. Staff is awesome and nice. Food is decent.

The place was clean, the food came out pretty quick, and it all tasted how I would expect from Taco Bell. The only problem was the order was wrong... close, but wrong.

Dirty! It smelled like a boys locker room, the floors were sticky, and all of the doors are turning gray there’s so much dirt and smudges on the doors. Gross! If they don’t take care of the lobby and doors, how are they taking care of the food back there?!!!

This taco bell no longer is a place that welcomes dine-in customers. There are only kiosks, point of sales. Nobody will take your order unless you go through the drive thru.
