Worst customer service ever. Waited for someone to take our order in the drive through for a couple mins so drove up to the window to see what the hold up was. Asked if we could just order at the window since we were waiting for a while and the hispanic lady who i think is the manager says “No you were only waiting for a minute”. If you’re in the service industry aren’t you expected to be POLITE especially when you’re the manager?! I couldn’t even get an “I’m sorry for the wait”. Just straight up rude. She needs to be reported….look at other review too and it will say a lot.

So I went this morning to order an iced Coffee, not only did she rush my order but I couldn’t understand her the way she was speaking. So I repeated back my order and she goes “I GOT IT, anything else?” So I asked her what she had that I have ordered and wouldn’t respond. This is the 3rd time this Hispanic lady has rushed and been super rude at the drive-thru. I won’t be going back until this lady is let go of her job. This is disgusting.

I usually get my order from uber eats but this morning I went in person. I buy breakfast from this location regularly for my staff and myself, but the Hispanic lady who is cashier or manager here is extremely HOSTILE, RUDE and RACIST (the person talked fine with others) I will not go to this location anymore until management make some changes with this lady and I will make sure that none of my staff buys breakfast from here.

Worst customer service from the fake blonde hair Hispanic women, I think she’s the manager? I literally wait by the register 5 min to order when she was on her phone the whole time, when I asked her if I can order a coffee whe gave me the dirtiest look and attitude, she didn’t answer and said anything else she just place the coffee on the counter. Not going back that’s for sure. And for what I see she has a lot of bad reviews.

Closes too early, got there before closing they didn’t serve me
