Papa John's Pizza - Oak Grove

This is my visit to ordering pizza. I love the service, and the delivery drivers are all very friendly and friendly. I had a problem tonight, and I immediately called the store and spoke to the manager. It was explained to me that the delivery driver is new for today's order, and while the driver made the mistake to deliver the wrong order, the store would make a new order for me and deliver if he was ready. I am more than satisfied with this result and will continue to order my pizza from here. People keep making mistakes. Correct the error and move on. The branch manager was completely professional and very polite in managing the situation. I didn't get her name, but she was great! Store Manager name is Kirsten! She made my food new and personally delivered. That's why I'm gonna buy my pizza from here!
