Order was wrong. Had to go to the counter multiple times to tell them about my order being wrong and not at all how I order it. The staff looked and treated me as if I was getting on their nerves
7-8p fries Luke warm didn't complain...I spoke didn't speak bak..should have checked Burger bcuz it was the wrong one after I drove 15mins away! But they get mad when ur tired and hungry! I'll rather wait til I can catch the morning/noon shift
I literally just bought food from here and it was cold, for the 3rd time in a month. This use to be a great Wendy's but someone has been fired or something. The food is cold, fries are limp, and there is no longer the atmosphere of welcome when you dine in. The service is still great but something is off. You need to get the manager back, if that's the problem!
The service just gets worse every time I go here. Honestly if I had anything closer to me I would go but It seems like all fast food places now have taken a strong and ugly dip in customer service. Now I know fast food isn't the best place in the world to work but if you're going to do a job do it and if not stay yourself at home because when I order food for my FAST food restaurant I don't expect to have to pull forward or when I do pull forward I would expect my order to be right but when the person who brings it out throws the food in the window then when I ask if we have straws and the sauce for the nuggets you don't turn and look back at the customer then RUN OFF!!! Now I ask you what you want somebody to do that to you It was bad enough that they forgot an entire part of the order but then to have to pull forward have the person run off while you're talking to them but to turn back and look at the person then run off that's just not right personally Wendy's isn't that good and if they don't get their act together I say everybody should boycott them because any restaurant that gives you that poor customer service doesn't deserve business And that goes for any place the art of customer service is not dying It's being left by lazy people who don't know how to treat others right. If this was an isolated incident I could understand but this isn't the first time that's happened to me at this place so fool me once shame on you, fooled me twice shame on me. So I made a mobile order and there was no option to change your fries to pub fries so when I got to the window I asked if I could just order all separate order of these pub fries and I quote I can't take your order here You're going to have to drive around because I don't have a cash register here and I'll have to walk all the way back over to the other one . Yup
