In the michelin 1 star category the band width is quite large: the one has just taken it there, the other is already waiting for another level and clam only to grow up. the waidwerk I wished the sooner as I was absolutely thrilled at my first visit. the courts are consistently at very high level and then there are even more outlier upwards. adapting the arrangements of the amuse gueules in which there was already more raffinesse than in some complete menu. or pork with kohlrabi and a dashi sud a great combination of spice and aromen. also the dessert from sesame ice, sesam crunchy and thin plant panes has knocked me around. also a highlight. the service in a very pleasantly modern cozy ambiente is included here: perfect, without dividing and always so human that you can get into chat. for me a real discovery in the region.
