The person that took the order put the wrong name on the drinks. Tables and floor were visibly dirty. General atmosphere was that of quiet disdain you’re forced to endure as there is no drive thru.
Specifically the management at this location does not have any respect for disabled people. They messed up my order. I told her (the manager who answered) that I was unable to get back in the store due to my disability, I have extreme trouble walking. I called and asked the manager If someone could bring the correct order right outside to me. Less than 20 feet away. She refused, so I asked if she could give me a refund over the phone. She refused that as well and rudely told me that in both cases I should come in the store, completely disregarding my disability. I called corporate, and they explained that this is not how they want their customers to be treated and refunded me promptly for my incorrect order. Thank you corporate.
Staff tried to up charge me for a refill. They seemed to “remember” the policy when I called them out.
This Starbucks has lost its warmth. The staff is great, but that warm feeling you have in most staff you don't feel here anymore. Several years ago, they removed a large wooden table and remodeled it. I can't say I like what they've done.
Grilled cheese sandwich, yes they serve them and they are so yummy!
