Front St Cafe - Nottingham

Went in this morning and the man who was serving had a right bad attitude probably know why but can’t say been in before and the ladies have been brilliant.

Paid £6.50 for this chilli con carne. Pictures actually make it look bigger than it was. Gobsmacked at how bad it actually was and at £6.50? Unbelievable

This was our first visit to this cafe. The place is warm and friendly and clean. It was quite busy and everyone seemed to be enjoying the food. It’s family friendly and has a good atmosphere. Myself and other half both ordered the full house breakfast and wow what a breakfast it was. The portion size was great you get 2XL eggs hash browns fried bread bacon sausage tomato beans black pudding mushrooms a choice of toast or bread and butter with either a tea or coffee. The food was so good and nice and hot, plus they know how to make nice tea and coffee. Would highly recommend. Just wish they were open on a Sunday too as I’d go back there again for my breakfast tomorrow. All of our food cost a very reasonable £6.50 each and for what you get portion wise it is great value for money. Definitely worth 5 stars

Not very nice at all, big breakfast was not very big, bacon was just fat, sausages were frozen and cheap, the plate was massive but the portion size wasn't, hash brown over cooked, everything tasted greasy, I gave the 2 stars for the cup of tea I had.

Myself, my mum and my auntie decided to give this place a try when we found out that it was under new ownership (it was quite a long time ago when I last went,when it was called Fat Boys). On our arrival we were greeted by a lovely, friendly lady (Kayleigh) who took our order. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Front Street Cafe and thank you Kayleigh for looking after us and keeping those cups of tea flowing.
