Good ambiance but mediocre food and really lackluster service. The ambiance gave a good first impression of rustic grandeur, but the food and service did not follow suit. Our waiter was almost nonexistent, leaving us for long period of time with empty drinks or plates. Orders were forgotten and the waiter needed to be repeatedly reminded. It looks like they spent a lot of money on the design of the building and pulled their menu out of a trash can. This was literally the worst pulled pork I have ever had. I don 't even feel right calling it that. First, it wasn 't enough for an actual sandwich. Second, it was SOOOOOOO tough and dry. I 'm cool with some bark in my sandwich, it 's great. But this was like they took the pulled pork, put it in a pan on high heat and left it to burn for 10 minutes. I only wish we ate

Trying Wayward is not something we would forget, it was wonderful. Our adult beverages were tasty as well as the food. We started out with pork belly macaroni fries not as heavy as it sounds. Light tasting, crispy, and sweet. For my meal, I got the platter with brisket ribs. Sides were fries and cucumber salad. Yum! Server was super friendly and responsive. Drinks never ran dry. The food was well prepared and full of flavor. Definitely recommended and will be coming back

Atmosphere was nice and peaceful, went during the day so didn't have the weekend crowdedness. Waiter was pleasant and easily able to answer any questions and accommodate about orders. A really great first time experience!! We loved the food prep, fast service, SERVES COKE PRODUCTS! Super friendly too. It was notable that this is one of the cleanest places we've been at in months.
