Bojangles' Famous Chicken - Norwood

No meal on menu, ridiculous for a breakfast restaurant in the south

This was my first visit since the redesign and the improvements are beautiful. The manager was super nice and the food was great.

You know I've gone to those bojangles since they opened and never were rude. Trying to treat the employees nicely and respectfully and today was very unexcepted?. I went to order food for my family and waited for the speaker for 6-8 minutes to tell someone something and nothing? You know that we will be right with you or something along these lines will go a long way. Anyway, I'm going into the window to explain my situation and I have a bad attitude? Manager sounded in the background while I tried to explain why I went without order. She slept while I wanted to order? so halfway to my order I just said, never-mind I won't order. Just delete my order at this point. I understand that short staff, everyone is now and because I have worked with the public for so many years I fully understand?.but when someone tries to be respectful and explain why, you can?t be respectful to them and expect good things from him!!!! You know that all they had to do was confirm that I was with the speaker, so I wouldn't think something was wrong with it?.courtesy goes a long way!! I don't know I'll ever go back there and it's sad because I and my family have always gone there and loved it.

I've been in the car twice before 9:00 just because they tell me they're closed. After their operating hours from 5:30 to 10:00. It's a big franchise. Hours are online for these hours and on doors in this BoJangles. I heard that from others.

Make sure you check your bag before you leave they messed up my order 3 times. Ordered a fried chicken sandwich combo and a steak biscuit. Got a grilled chicken sandwich and NO steak biscuit! I went back to tell them got the right chicken sandwich but they gave me a chicken biscuit not a steak biscuit. And didn?t give me the fries I paid for cause they were in the bag with the messed up order
