Mcdonald's - Norwalk

The Food is good and the staff is very Friendly. The paper straws are useless though I think they should go back to plastic straws. They should Put the soda Machine back and put more tables and Chairs on the First Floor.

The milkshake machine is always broken, guessing it's a systemic problem with all McDonald's in the area.

Watch this place. If the manager is working the register he tries to break up the bundles into individual items and charge nearly double. He also wants to charge $1 for a cup of tap water. The looks of the staff's face days it all. They see it all the time, they're embarrassed by him and feel sorry for the customers.

The double decker mcdonald’s! love this place, it is always clean and the service is fast. they have Americans here who speak English well. food: 5/5
