Kfc - Norwalk

I ordered a 5-piece chicken tender meal and received 6! I will definitely keep ordering from here as they have fantastic customer service, even at the last minute. I'm very grateful to them!

The popcorn nuggets combo was quite disappointing. The fries I received had very little potato in them, and the same goes for the popcorn nuggets. While they do serve a generous portion, unfortunately, there was hardly any chicken in them.

The order was missing some items, and the chicken didn't taste as fresh and crispy as it usually does.

Extremely slow service! We waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru with only three cars ahead of us. I advise you to avoid this place. This is not fast food; it's a ridiculous experience. Once you're in line, you have no way to exit, so you're stuck waiting.

Once you enter the drive-thru, you're stuck. But honestly, I don’t want to leave—I just want to order KFC and get my food! However, that's not really an option either, unless you're prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. Imagine if you had somewhere to be! I highly recommend steering clear of this place. Just avoid it!
