Przekaż informację zwrotnąDrive thru is extremely slow. It took 15 minutes to get my coffee with only 2 cars ahead of me. Staff is not friendly, the person handing me my coffee never said a word. I told him good morning. No response. I thanked him, no response. This is the service you get from a poorly managed McDonald’s, not a Starbucks.
Consistently a 30 min wait for the drive thru on weekend with incorrect orders. Nice staff but they clearly need some help with rush hours
I'm just not recieving the Starbucks customer care required by staff. Almost every morning there is no line and yet they rush me and don't even make me feel welcome. Not sure I can keep going to this particular Starbucks.
I can understand being understaffed. However, when there are 8 cars in line, not a SINGLE car has moved in 8 minutes AND the staff is making excuses there 's only one person taking drive thru orders . Well, how has not a single car moved?! There are curbs on both sides so it 's not like we can even leave. I 've now been in this line for 13 minutes and I 'm still 2 cars away from ordering. Absolutely ridiculousEdit Since calling into the store twice they started to make the line move INSTANTLY. Cleared us out within 5 minutes of the call. Which goes to show that they had to ability to move the line but lacked the leadership and team work to do so.
