Dunkin' - Northbrook

The service at this restaurant is generally good, but the music is too loud, making it hard to have a conversation. When asked to lower the volume, we were told that the control is kept in the office and no one has access to it. It seems that the manager is rarely present at this location.

This Dunkin location is my absolute favorite out of all the ones I've visited! The service is always fast and friendly, and I visit most mornings. Liz is the best!

I ordered an iced coffee with cream and three shots of hazelnut. It was decent.
