Ping's Fish Chips - Northampton

I attempted to place a food order over the phone, but was informed that the restaurant does not take phone orders for some reason. They advised us to order online, so we did, only to receive a call back stating they would not deliver and we would need to pick up the food ourselves, even though the restaurant is only a mile away. The staff member spoke to my partner as if it was her fault for the confusion. I have never experienced so many issues while trying to order food from a restaurant before. It seemed as though they did not want our business. With their poor attitude, it is likely that this place will not last long. I will be warning everyone I know to avoid this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is incredibly fresh, with delicious aromas and spices. They have a wide variety of dressings to choose from and my order arrived early at a great price. I will definitely be ordering from them again. While some reviews mention unfriendly staff, I personally did not encounter any issues.

The restaurant was absolutely stunning and the service was excellent. Thank you.
