The quality of the two fried potatoes was so tough and dry that I couldn't even finish them. I ended up throwing them away, which was disappointing. I had wanted to take pictures gradually, but I was so let down that I couldn't even consider the possibility that the potatoes had been refried in oil before being served. I thought maybe it was just an off day in terms of quality. I have had better experiences at this restaurant before, so I'm not sure what happened with the fried potatoes this time. However, I must say that the cornmeal mush was really delicious. This negative experience won't deter me from visiting again in the future. I hope that my next visit will be a more positive one.
This is the most beautiful red soup I have ever seen. It has a sour smell that is off-putting. I bought the soup for my sick daughter, but when I tasted it at home, it was not good at all. The smell and taste were so bad that I had to throw the whole bowl away. It is unacceptable for a restaurant, especially one that serves food to seniors. The entire experience was disappointing. Additionally, when I ordered a roast chicken meal, I did not receive any side dish options except for rice. I will not be returning to this restaurant again, and I do not recommend it.
I placed an order at 10am and received a notification at 10:15 that it was ready for pick up. I quickly grabbed my money and headed to the restaurant. The two women working there seemed overwhelmed and unsure of themselves. The Jamaican restaurant owner and staff really need to step up their game. The service was absolutely terrible. They need to hire people who are passionate about the food industry, not just there for the money.
I should have learned my lection as my last 3 UberEats orders were wrong. wrong drink, easy enough. about the Merchant end of the uber platform they can list an item as unavailable, a few swipes would solve this problem. uber also gives dealers the secondary option (if they only recognize when an order has been made that they have run out of something) to notify the customer that the item is not available and provide them secondary options, or to remove it completely easy from the order, so there is no problem. but no, they will send you what they want, whoever cares if you pay for it. lazy, when they ask me, but not my business running and given that this is not the first time that I should know better than to give them the opportunity. now the kicker is up to give me the wrong drink, I have now found plastic in my suppe. yummy! Now I have tried to do my due diligence by calling them and saving another potential customer from a risk of choking, but guess what. they don't have a working phone number. I write an essay here. what do they know if I came here and checked the reviews earlier, I would never have ordered them before. they don't care to respond to the reviews. yikes, please give her money elsewhere! there are other sunrise sites offer much better service and better quality eating. bye folks
Very poor customer service. The place is not that great and impressive. Service was slow.
