Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My first time doing a review, hoping will be my last. I’ve work in the kitchen for almost 15yrs. I understood basic cooking. In this location the Tuesday and Thursday special is not so good. Chicken is old, small and previously frozen (meat is chewy). I’m not sure whose fault is it, Manager or Owner? Don’t blame your cook and please don’t serve old dry chicken. I will be still your regular customer, But please fix this issue. (Manager/owner) Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm so upset the Popeyes here and many other locations have changed their recipe for not only their fries but also the flounder sandwich and chicken. They even removed the rice and red beans which was amazing. I used to love Popeyes but I'm no longer buying from here unless it's back to what it used to always be. How can you change the recipe of nearly all of the menu and even get rid of the rice and red beans?? It tastes so bad now. Many people have been noticing this

Terrible experience here, old lady at front was very rude. She said 2 minutes for Uber order after already being late. Then 5 minutes went by and she still wasn't working on it. Terrible customer service and very slow Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Some of the cashiers do not treat customers nicely. For example, I work uber eats and I go there several times a week. But, most of the time, when I say the cashier greetings, they do not reply ar all!! Today evening 9th April around 6 pm, I went there and there was an Indian young lady. I smiled and with respect I told her greetings, or after she handed the order, I appreciated her. But, she was looking with grumpy face and did not reply me! It happened several times with her before, but I did not complain about it here as I thought maybe she had hardwire that days. But, she treated me rude and I noticed she did the same to other customers too! Customer service and greeting customers is very important in running any business.
