I absolutely loved this place! The food and service were both outstanding. It felt wonderful to be here. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful. You must definitely try this place.

Burrito heaven! This place serves up some of the most mouthwatering burritos I 've ever had. The flavors are out of this world, and the portions are generous. A must-try for any burrito lover!

No washroom for customers even though they offer dine-in.

I was a regular customer at this location of Fat ****. The burritos were top shelf. The sauces great. The huge size was a large enough portion for my husband and I to share so the pricing was fine too....HOWEVER in August of 2023 the menu and the staff changed at this location. A very impatient staffer greeted me confrontationally the minute I walked in stating that the menu had changed and that he immediately needed to know if I wanted one of their sauces as they now all cost extra. When I wanted to mull over the menu a little (as he kept telling me it had changed). He impatiently insisted again that I tell him right now whether I wanted any of the sauces. I explained that I just wanted a chicken burrito, and then under pressure, ordered one of the special sauces for an extra fee. As the gentleman assembled my burrito he did so impatiently looking up annoyed at me even though I made quick decisions about my toppings. So strange. It was as if he was annoyed at me for coming in and I was the only customer in the restaurant! We then got to the sauces and apparently there are a bunch of sauces that are still free (including the burrito sauce). I wasn't told this when I walked in...but rather strong armed into purchasing sauce. When it came time to add the sauce, I told him to add just a little bit. He took that to mean to slather the thing in what seemed about three times the normal amount. I tried to stop him. He just kept going?!? I think he decided how i should eat my burrito. He certainly wasn't interested in what I wanted...which is probably why he wanted me to pay for the burrito and the extra sauce prior to assembly of my food. I didn't complain. I just left with my burrito in incredulous disbelief. When I got him home (which is five minutes away), the thing was so soggy that it fell apart in my hands. What I scooped up with a spoon was so full of sauce that I couldn't taste any of the ingredients just sauce. I had to throw out my meal. So disappointed. My husband had warned me after having a similar experience a week before, and stating he would never go back due to the overly aggressive, terrible customer service. I hoped he had exaggerated as this Fat **** had been a once a week staple in our household, but no, not an exaggeration. Not at all. And so I will not go back to this location. I'm writing this review in hopes that the management running the place will re train the staff to understand that customer service does not mean customer badgering and gouging, or making decisions for us about how the food is prepared. And as for the extra charge certain sauces, c'mon Fat ****, just charge us for the burrito and stop gouging for sauces. If you have to, raise the price of the burrito a little, but keep it simple, stupid. I had a bad experience at this particular location, but it sounds like the sauce thing will be a recurring theme in all your restaurants. Not impressed.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla. Asked for mild hot sauce aside, it was all inserted in my ordered item.Quesadilla had very little chicken or anything else, that was pouring out of it and lots of spicy sauce in it.Ordered guacamole and paid extra for it $2.59, as pesto was free, I got pesto with jalapeno inside.I was not happy and escalated the issue with Skip the dishes customer service. I was refunded, as it should be and am happy.If next time I order and my order is again messed up, am definitely rating this business 1*. Permanently.
