Deer Garden Signature…the food is not exceptional. The cashier's treatment is terrible. I ordered my food to go because they kept telling me that they were about to close, even though I arrived in good weather to eat there.I definitely do not recommend it and it is not a place to spend a pleasant time, if the restaurant is one of your favorites and you think there is nothing better, but you do not want rude treatment, order through food service platforms.

The waiter's attitude was very bad. It's like she owes her money. I won't come back again.

It is recommended that you don’t come in to eat unless you really want to be offended. ?Very rubbish service, rubbish character, mediocre food, waiters are very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful of themselves and their guests. Went here to eat last night and had two bowls. The main point is that the service attitude is very poor. A male and a female waiter keep staring at you. There weren't many customers at night, and I was very uncomfortable sitting at the table, so I asked to change the channel because the lights above my head are like the sun burning you to death. They had a bad attitude, were uncooperative, and had a very bad attitude. They spoke arrogantly and arrogantly. If I could, I would give this review a zero score, or even a negative score. Then I had dinner with my friends, sweeping the floor next to them, and staring at you with very fierce eyes during the meal. The atmosphere during the meal was very bad, as if we had a grudge against these two people. If you two don’t want to do it, it’s better not to rework it. The guests were eating together, and the two friends were sweeping the floor together. After that, they turned off the music before the clock was up, and stopped talking to each other. You all know how quiet the place was, and the two friends rushed to finish their work and wanted to get out of the way. If a person is kind-hearted and doesn't want to accept guests, then he shouldn't let them in. You will be offended if you come to eat at home, which will ruin the atmosphere. You really don't respect the guests and your own work. Definitely the worst service experience in Toronto. Because these two people will never patronize this store again. Terrible experience eating here. I’m 9 months pregnant and when I walked in I got constant judgmental stares from the two older Chinese ladies in the front, they kept looking over speaking in their language at me making me feel very uncomfortable. They didn’t say hi when I walked in and I just sat down after I found a table for myself. The food was terrible and old tasting, they gave me the pieces of chicken that were old and stale, and never asked me how my food tasted or asked me if I needed anything. I complained about the food after my boyfriend arrived and he tasted it to confirm the chicken definitely was old and stale which is very dangerous to eat as a pregnant woman. The lady was so rude and when I asked her for a to go cup she just coldly told me, “ok $0.50 extra.” Such a strange environment and terrible way to treat customers and people who come to enjoy their food. When I told the waiter about this experience they refused to change the food or do anything about the order even though they see that I hardly touched the food at all. The lady started to ignore me and start speaking in her language angrily when I’m right in front of her, throughout the whole interaction I remained calm and patient despite it and decided I will write this review because it was not only disappointing but hurtful to experience.
