Hardee’s - North Washington

The service in the drive thru this morning was very unacceptable. It was busy, as it was the breakfast rush, but the wait is not even what I had a problem with. The lady taking my order was very rude and needs to be given advice on how to talk to others, especially paying customers. When telling her the first thing I wanted she said okay and gave me the total. I politely told her that there was more to my order. She said “well I already sent it through, you’ll have to pull up to the window. I have a lot of cars.” I’m unsure of why she couldn’t just create a second order and I pay for the food in two separate transactions, especially because the line was at a standstill. She eventually asked what the rest of the order was because we couldn’t move up. After being able to pull up, I could overhear her being rude to the people in the car behind us. When we got up to the window the first thing she said was that they were out of hash browns and we were getting fries. I said okay, because that wasn’t a problem. She then started talking to the other employees saying that “well we’re out of hash browns so they get fries or they get nothing.” Also, every time she shut the window, she slammed it shut. She was just very rude and needs to be put in a position where she doesn’t interact with customers. The name on the receipt is Porshia. I’m unsure if that’s her actual name or just the employee who was logged into the computer.

Wouldn't drop anymore chicken tenders and it was like 915 and they don't close for another 45 min. So I had to get old ones. But what was screwed up was I wanted them crispy so they were able to drop those in the grease to get them crispy for me but couldn't drop new ones bc I wanted two orders of chicken strips for my fam to eat. So I had to go to another place to get more food Instead of just here. I'll give them one more chance once I ask the manager what was the problem of not dropping them but can drop ones they already had? And if not rude and let me know what happened then I'll give this place one more chance and after that I won't eat here again. And I just moved to Washington NC too from Greenville nc so if I have to go to Greenville to get some Hardee's there I will if can't get there stuff together here.

The woman who works the drive thru is always rude. Dietary restrictions: It would Be nice if there were some Opts for Diabetic's....

Why is it every single time I come into this establishment I'm told I cannot get any chicken? What is the point of you being in a chicken establishment if you can't even have chicken or is it just because I'm not worthy of being waited on? Either way I will never come to this store again I have better things to do with my time and

Just plain ridiculous. This morning you must have exactly the right Change to get anything .Nobody can be bothered to go to the bank.I tried to order anyway and pay with my card ,But they dnt have bread for the sandwich. 12/8/23 lost my business .Poor planning on the management for today.
