Chili's Grill - NORTH WALES

We've been here before, it was okay, so we decided to try it again. Our waitress was so inexperienced, it wasn't even funny. Her personality was dead, didn't give her name, and her service was terrible. First we have our iced teas, and the plastic glasses were disgustingly grimy with me, much bacteria. We asked for new glasses, and they came out immediately. Then we had no napkins or cutlery. Our appetizers came out and we had to ask another waiter. Our waitress came out and advised that the cutlery is in the dishwasher!?? It finally came out, and the silver wasn't even hot. Our meals came and they forgot my extra guacamole. Eating is just okay, but for four of us without alcohol... it was almost $80... no thanks.
