I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Planet Smoothie location. I recently ordered a specific smoothie, but upon receiving my order, I discovered that it was the wrong one. I promptly returned to the counter, expecting a correction or a replacement, only to be told that I couldn't keep the incorrect smoothie and it would be wasted. It's disheartening to witness such a wasteful approach, especially when the error was on your end. This not only reflects a lack of accountability for mistakes but also highlights a disregard for customer satisfaction. I hope you address this issue to ensure a more customer-friendly experience in the future.

It's heathy, yummy and affordable. We had the plain Jane and Fiji Island with a ginger shot. Delicious!! Super friendly and knowledgeable guy working, sorry forgot to get his name!
