The restroom was spotless, and the staff were friendly. They offered plenty of windshield washer fluid and other automotive supplies. The snack selection and drink options were great, and there were also some tasty hot food choices available if you’re in need of a meal.

Today, a person from Wendy's was asked to come in and manage the shower line, which led to someone being allowed to use the shower before me, even though I was next in line. Chris mentioned that he deleted my code and the shower reservation, to which he replied he hadn't, which was frustrating. He came off as arrogant and even tried to tell Morgan how to handle the situation, despite her already knowing the necessary steps and his lack of assistance. He acted as if he could do no wrong, and his attitude was off-putting. On the other hand, Morgan went above and beyond to resolve the issue. This store would greatly benefit from having someone like her in a management position. If she isn’t already a manager, she should be promoted, as she was ignored when she advised them not to tamper with the showers. To top it all off, someone was reprimanded for not having a food card. I mean, can we please get our priorities straight, folks?

This is a convenient spot to refuel. However, the prices are slightly higher compared to the fuel plaza located off the interstate. I guess you’re paying for the convenience of its location.

Worst station I?ve been, the gas machine said it pumped 17 gallons in my Toyota Camry (the tank is only 15.8 gallons capacity) and my car wasn?t pumped at all. The people here refuse to refund me and had me to call the manager. The manager Courtney neverpick up the phone call and emails, trying to avoid me as possible. I can?t do anything from side since I?m only the traveler tothis town. The station is sucks and I would never recommend you unless you want to loose money.

Best last Pilot to visit before heading into the Los Angeles area where every truck stop is pay parking. Clean store and parking lot. The lot is a bit on the small side but drivers are always moving through and never had any problems finding aspot. Showers are good but sometimes you have to walk inside to reserve because apps not working.
