Tgi Fridays - North Las Vegas

Only giving this two stars because the customer service was not good but the food was pretty good. The hostesses were awkward and did not communicate to us, so we just stood there awkwardly waiting to be seated. Then she tried to sit us at a table instead of a booth. Most places will ask you when you have a family or four if you'd prefer a booth or table. So, we had to ask her for a booth, which she seemed insulted that we would ask for such a request. But then she sat us a booth finally. The waitress was definitely just there for a check. She did her job and that was about it. Barely checked in with us. The food surprisingly came out relatively quick. But the side of fries was like a value size for a fast food joint. Another thing was the broccoli for the kids meal was not seasoned accordingly. It had a very strong lemon pepper seasoning on it. Which doesn't really mesh with the taste of broccoli to begin with, and being a kids side was definitely the wrong way to go.

It was an ok experience. Nothing jaw dropping to making it amazing but not horrible. We all enjoyed our dinner for the most part. My loaded cheese fry burger was missing the queso and the kids meal (not pictured) had this awful seasoned broccoli. For a kiss meal pleases keep it steamed and plain. Our server Alyssa was nice. The hostess at the front was awkward. No greeting and walked us to a table but sitting with kids, a booth is the way to go so we had to stand around while she figured out a clear table.

We had a great experience at dinner. The atmosphere is inviting. Great music to be enjoyed as well. Our server was amazing. She was attentive and very personable. The ribs were delicious. The dishes offer large portions. We were unable to finish everything. Great family evening.

Conveniently located inside the hotel. Food was good, but seemed a little over priced for the quality. Service was great.

Good food and good service have been there a few times over the last couple of years and both are consistent. Prices are reasonable and atmosphere is nice.
