Przekaż informację zwrotnąThey always forget the order and always screw it up. I’ve spent more money in food they forgot than I have purchased. Mangers are rude and disrespectful, unfortunately bc all of the other staff was kind and tried to fix any or all mistakes made. At least the food is fresh!! That with the staff (minus the managers), is this stores saving grace for them. You can’t have people pay and when there’s a mistake or forgotten items, it should be taken care of like a PROFESSIONAL AT THEIR MANAGEMENT POSITION!!! They should NEVER TREAT the customers as if it was their fault. Unfortunately it’s the Taco Bell closest to our home and the kids love TB. But rest assured, I don’t stop as often as I would!! At least until they get new management, the visits are very limited.
I really like this store. The food is always good and made right. But this visit, this shift lead got an attitude when she made my husband's food with tomato. We said no tomato do to being allergic. She tossed the food aside and made anther. But no reason to get an attitude which the customer whe you made the mistake.
Clean dining area, good service, great tasting food! Note : If you order at the kiosk use LIMITED TIME option to order Mexican Pizza. They have not updated their system to reflect the Mexican Pizza is HERE TO STAY!!!
Do not buy any chalupa here 9/10 times it will be hard as a brick even though chalupas are supposed to be soft!! Gave this place to many chances and majority of the time they are hard and inedible more money wasted!
I was extremely disappointed with my order; everything was just bad. I've had Taco Bell before, and I know they can do so much better. The food wasn’t even melted properly, and my steak quesadilla had hardly any steak in it. It was a complete mess. I just wanted something simple, and it turned out to be terrible. The staff working on December 29th at 8 PM really need to take a look at what they’re serving because it was unacceptable. I also noticed several items were missing from my order. I hope the management checks the footage to see what went wrong.
