Formosa Asian - North Haven

This is my favorite Asian restaurant! The owners are very friendly and welcome. Service is fast and they are helpful in questions or inquiries. I command the dry looked crispy beef, and sometimes I ask it less sharp, then normal, and it is never a problem. The dining room is spacious and beautifully decorated. There is a large menu with sushi, Japanese and Chinese dishes. Everything I cost was great! The cocktail menu is also great. I recommend a visit, it is worth going an hour for this food, believe it.

This restorer has been treating me like family since the first day. The best food I ever had in my whole life. We make a trip here every weekend! Friendly and attentive staff. 100/10 would recommend everyone.

Formosa is the best restaurant in North Haven and the best Asian food within 40 minutes mile radius. All their dishes we tried were excellent especially the General Tso Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, lo my, pork fired rice, beef and sushi. Above all, they prepare the right roasted rice. It took a long time to find good roasted rice in the county of New Haven, but here it fried it has egg and many vegetables and is perfect it is not the colored yellow type that many other restaurants prepare. The vegetables are always very fresh, they use wonderful amounts of garlic and fresh ginger. Lunch specialities are a fantastic deal when you dine in you will be impressed by the presentation. It can be more expensive than other Chinese restaurants in the area, but for us is a treat so we don't make it out to spend the extra money for high-quality food.

I definitely come back! I ordered some sushi for takeout, but it didn't take time properly so I went to eat while driving. It was so good! Although I was stressed to come back from lunch, I enjoyed it! I have the eel and cucumber sushi. I will definitely eat again in the house and take my family with me!
