Mazza Vineyards - North East

Very small winery, nice tasting and good selection to try wein. we passed it on to rt. 5, decided to stop and try something wein on a Sunday? . the server was pleasant, she recommended a beautiful harbour. we have 2 bottles the cream sherry vidal blanc not too sweet or dry.

Great tasting room with a very knowledgeable server today. She was great and we had a great time. Wonderful prices for wine flights and bottles and everything we had was delicious. Got two blocks of cheese as well.

I have seen Mazza wines in statewide Wine and Spirits stores for years, but never experienced their excellent dry wines until today. I was very impressed with their chambourcin, Cabernet franc, chardonnay and Pinot grigio. They all were complex, nuanced and much more flavorful than I was expecting of Pennsylvania wines. The entire winery experience was enjoyable, from the staff to the wine and smoked Gouda we had. Bravo.
