Shale Brewing Company - North Canton

We went on a Wednesday night. Wasn't too packed, but the atmosphere is nice. We got the pretzel for a starter which was a little hard and cold, but the dips were awesome. Just wish it were a little fresher. However, the beers were great and our entrees were awesome. I got the rice bowl with pineapple and chicken. My wife got the caprese panini which both meals were great! I would recommend stopping by and supporting this local brewery!

Very cool space. Has that contemporary industrial brewery look and feel. Beer was tasty. I didn't eat but the food smelled yummy. Will definitely be back to try the menu!

Shale has really taken a downfall. The beer has not been good the past few times I have been there. The last time the beer tasted very sour and unpleasant. The entire group I was with all said the same about their beers too. We left after havjng just one.They have taken the best food items off the menu and haven't found anything just as good to replace. I highly recommend going 4 minutes up the road to Codex for great beer.

Great beer and sooo much fun. There are all kinds of fun games like shuffle board and foosball, but they really need an age restriction after a certain time of night. Some mom with a 12 year old kid was VERY upset to see a few young people drinking and having fun around her kid and kind of ruined our whole experience. We've gone a few times with no problem, but at 10:30 on a Friday night there should definitely not be little kids who can't be around drinking... it is a brewery. Definitely do not bring your kids late at night if you don't want to be around adults

Good atmosphere and great cocktails. Very attentive staff (not bothersome) and unfortunately my group had already eaten before coming, so we just got appetizers. They were priced reasonable and were good. I can’t wait to return to try the food items they looked good.
