If you don't have enough cheese then take the extra cheese option off. I notified the store and a sorry was given. This is very disappointing Marcos. It looks like I will have to go to another pizza business. Your employees are not trained the same and that's not consistent and it's misleading. I am not pleased with this order Marcos or the order before the previous. If I wanted to eat bread with some sprinkled cheese I would have ordered that. I ordered pizza with EXTRA cheese!! (4 years ago from 2024) Marco's pizza taste good! I think the ingredients are good quality. Sometimes this particular restaurant does not apply the proper cheese through out the pizza. Some spots are missing cheese! This has happened a few times. I did speak with the manager.
I have never been so disappointed. The manager Josh Thompson doesn’t take care of his customers!! He has let me and my family down big time. I made a big delivery order at his store and it never got delivered. I called and the lady working there said the delivery driver doesn’t remember where he dropped off 60 dollars worth of food. They said they would redeliver it. I called back and said could I get refunded for SOMETHING on the order and they said they were upping my pizza to a XL and they would call me before dropping it off this time. I literally said “that’ll work” Tell me why 50 minutes later I call back and they tell me my order was cancelled and I asked for a refund. I go up there and Mr Josh Thompson is very inconsiderate and nice/rude and says he has me on recording (that he admits he half listened to) saying I asked for a full refund. And he says he can’t share the recording with me. I adamantly state that I never said that I still want my food. And in so many words he says he’s not spending his money to make up for his teams mistakes to make this right for me and he will recharge my card. I’m paraphrasing here but he refused to do anything for his customer standing in front of him. not even take the delivery fee and tip off. Horrible horrible customer service. No compassion. My family literally got sick waiting on him and his store to make things right for them and they never did. I spend lots (I mean lots when I order here-check my email) of money here but never again. Goodbye Marcos. Josh Thompson don’t focus on money when you make mistakes, when you do right by your customers the money comes back 10 fold, realize that. Update: Turns out I never got my refund! Now I am about to make my corporate complaint. Now I’m convinced they made up that lie and put words in my mouth on purpose to cover their mistakes. I can’t even properly document this incident because when I asked Josh for the employees names he said he cannot and will not give me that due to “privacy” as if they don’t wear name tags…That was the very first thing he said to me so that shows you he never wanted to help me in the first place…I never write reviews but this situation still disgusts me
Love Marco's Pizza, great location, and friendly staff. Clean and couple tables to sit.
Ordered a specialty pizza for delivery and it came with none of the toppings on it. They then made me drive across town to pick up the replacement(only option they gave me) made me return the original pizza(know they can't do anything with it) will never be back to this Marcos.
Very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend this location.
