Dunkin' Donuts - North Andover

I was twice in this place, two times I tried to order a hot latt? in drive thru. the first time I was wait 9 minutes while they prepare my order. the second time I made the same order hot latte. and i was wait 17 minutes. At first they told me theydidn't have milk. (no milk at 6 am) then they made me a latte with almond milk. but when I opened the lid, I saw that it wasregular coffee. I had it replaced with a latte one. no one apologized for this and for the fact that I was waiting 17 minutes.

Omg people s bunch of kids it took 20 minutes to get a small coffee and wrap on a Saturday. Let?s work on efficiency at this location

Went at 620 am and the doors were locked!!! 8 cars in line for drive thru . But could not go in and order. So i left. Last stop there for me.

I attempted to go to the store both doors were locked @7pm according to online and the door hours says opened til 8pm. Staff was inside and didn?t even say anything just ignored everyone at the door

I just sat in the drive thru for 25 min to get an iced coffee, not the first time that happened at this location service is stunningly bad
