Dunkin' - North Adams

Went to McDonalds to get food, and a Dunkin Employee by the name of Christian DiGennaro was by the drive thru for dunkin and could hear him screaming all the way from McDonalds and then came over and started harassing me and my friend in the car over some nonsense. However very unprofessional, would not recommend coming here, the staff talk about nothing but drama as to what I heard come from his mouth. Again... Very Unprofessional...

Dunkin needs to raise its wages and give good benefits to workers. Never enough staff at this location and it constantly causes delays. Waited 30 mins in the drive thru, just to place the order at the window.

Nice staff Fast and friendly tight drive thru but there is extra parking behind the building

My girlfriend is hooked. Prices are decent, coffee is decent. The espresso isn't impressive but the cold brew is good. Convenience factors in a lot. Ordering thru the app and hitting the drive thru gets easier every time.

Only two people working today, and it took me 25 mins to order my drinks. More focused on drive through which is ok but they aren’t paying any attention to the front.
