The quality of the food was surprisingly good! and her hot sauce actually fills taco bells, so I am a fan.

I am vegetarian so that the fact that beyond meat is available on the tacos menu is why I have been a repetition although my order is rarely correct. sometimes it's meat, sometimes it's not. sometimes it is in the rule what I have ordered, sometimes it is not completely. I mean, wow. not sure if it's just this place, but this place has ever eaten me in a del taco. the stubborn mistakes on my command lead me like the people who work here hate their jobs that make me believe that the kitchen has to be really evil there.

I first ordered on her app. When I arrived to pick up, I didn't see it. So I ordered again and thought I had done something wrong. When I came to the editor, I learned that I had ordered twice. the manager claimed that she could not cancel the additional order, and I had to do it in the app. there was no possibility to cancel in the app. I sent a message through the app that requested a refund for the second order that I did not pick up. they emails, claimed that local administration would call. Nobody did it. I paid two meals and got one. I'm not back.

Very unfriendly staff interaction at drive-thru... I won't go into detail unless asked to , but employees that interact with the public should be prepared to be polite and respectful. The service my friend and I received was far less than acceptable in any establishment I've ever personally visited. It was on new years night of 12.31.21 hopefully this is rectified. Terrible service indeed

This place should get atleast 4 starts But every time we come through the drive thru its, give me your money now go wait around the corner for the next 10 to 15 minutes while we make your food slowly. Yes when the bring the food and drink they apologize but I honestly get faster service everywhere else. If the manager is reading this please speed up this process!!!
