Ruby Tuesdays - Norfolk

Eating was ok, but it is 2022, with the time. we ordered an order with an online advertising code. as it turns out that the email code they send cannot be applied to online orders, although there is no statement in the email that is referred to as such. it is 2022, how do you send someone a code that cannot be used online? not a deal breaker, but they also missed a few articles and did not send us with any utensili or spicy packs for our burgers. normally no problem when we take a to-go order home, but we took the children into the park. the deal breaker came for us when they could not use online after an update on the email in which they can not use online. we came to the company to inquire about the code and were directed to return to the service location, because they should have been able to apply the voucher. we reached the local restaurant, but we never received a response and it is over a month. no idea who is right at this point where they can, it cannot accept online coupons. to happiness there are many other possibilities in the city. not sure how this place remains open, they are always empty when we pass. to round it off, ruby dosday is very meh also on a good day. make one please and choose another generic boring chain.

I went to Wing One for dinner, and as I opened the menu, a big cockroach came out! The salad bar was also in terrible condition. I noticed the staff sitting around instead of being attentive. I used to enjoy eating there, but I definitely won't be returning. I'm really glad I didn't end up ordering anything. It was a disappointing experience.

As this place remains in business, is beyond me. it's never busy and if you want to make accusations like my experience, I'm not sure why you'd come back. put an online order and tries to use a voucher for a free birthday burger, but was not able to do this. coupon said to show when picking up the order, but if I was told it could not be applied. they have also forgotten to drink children and the choice offered online is obviously not really available, so not sure whether this is why it has been forgotten or not. Apparently they can't afford to deliver serviettes or utensils that are sometimes useful to order. I still have my birthday burger credit, but not even sure I have a free burger at this point.

We had a late lunch early in the evening and so the place was empty, which meant that all waiter attentiveness was our and they were an amazing work. our glasses were never empty and we all had the tee or the limonade that was handmade. we all got the email special of the supremen crispy chicken sandwich and it was great. they would have been a simple 5-star, except I was a pty restaurant and there were dirty tables that were there when we arrived and still there when we were gone and did not look like the floor had been touched because there was eating over a table. but eating outside and waitress was worthy of 5 stars

The food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired! The restaurant wasn't crowded, yet the server seemed more focused on the loud group of women at the bar than on us. He didn’t check on us or clear our dirty plates. In fact, I had to walk up to the bar myself to pay the bill, and once again, he was more interested in those noisy women than in collecting our payment.
