Excellent customer service! The food was fantastic, and I really enjoyed the variety of dishes and drinks available. The sauce was delicious. Our family loved everything so much that we decided to take the leftovers home!

The food was excellent and the ambiance was pleasant. However, we experienced a lengthy wait for a table, even though there were many clean and empty tables available. Additionally, several menu items were unavailable, which significantly reduced our options.

I walked in and asked if I could find a spot to plug in my laptop, and they quickly accommodated me. I was seated right away, and Jordan was my waiter. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. I really appreciated the cheerful and friendly attitudes of Jordan, the manager Dennis, and the hostess. This visit for food, drinks, and a game could not have gone any better. I will definitely return the next time I’m in town! Thank you all, Bob.

Hostess was MIA for a solid 5 minutes with people continuing to come in and wait. Ordered BONELESS wings, burger, and fries. Received bone in wings and was told they were out of boneless when they brought them out. Waiter said he didn't hear us sayboneless and that hostess was supposed to tell everyone they were out when she seated people. To top it off the waiter forgot toput our burger and fries in altogether. So we got bone in wings, which we hate, and the rest of our meal never came. Bathroomswere disgusting. Worst service ever! Do not recommend! And they were not very busy at all!

Probably the WORST BWW I've ever been to . Got sat after having to wait on a clean table . No biggie ... Got sat and order taken . Ordered a corona and a mixed drink . App (fried pickles) and wings . One would think that a BWW could handle this order . Wellwe got our pickles and they were about half cooked . Raw batter under breading . OK Got our wings .. oh wait .. competeWRONG wings . They brought boneless when we ordered traditional.. oh and at this point neither the corona nor the drink havebeen brought to the table ... Well you got the point .
