Hardee's - Noblesville

The Noblesville location needs new management. There's a reason it sits empty while restaurants around stay busy. They don't care. Ordered 4 chicken tacos w/sour cream, lg drink at the drive thru on lunch break. Got back to work to eat and the chicken is ice cold. I'm only about a 5 min drive so they put the chicken in the tacos straight from the fridge. Not only was the chicken cold the cheese was dry and they forgot the sour cream I paid extra for. My drink was so full of ice I got 4 and 5 sips and it's empty. This location has messed up, left items off, and failed to make orders I've used their app to order. I'm done. I don't know if it's horrible unqualified management, lazy employees, high turnover, or all of the above. Whatever it is, whomever runs this location needs to hand their keys to someone that knows how to run a restaurant.

The BIG Ham Cheese has been my favorite since I was a kid.

MARIO TYREK AND LILLY rocked....great service and friendly atmosphere! Our food was hot and fresh and service again was on point!!!

The drive thru staff were very friendly. My order was made quickly, accurately, and was delicious.

The service was great today for a Saturday morning. We got our food promptly nice and warm and fresh. Friendly and quick service: the ambiance is definitely a little outdated and the cushioning on the booths is “well loved” but does not detract from the overall experience.
