Pizza Hut - Nicholasville

Henry makes the paprika extra crispy for me! He's always so nice, his manager (I don't know his name black with the dreads/brain? He is also super friendly and ingenious. So far, every worker I experienced in this pizza hut was simple and professional. I appreciate it.

We had ordered online and we ordered sandwiches. Right after we placed we were quickly contacted to let us know our location didn’t serve sandwiches. She proceeded to apologize and offer us something else. Then she gave us a discount without even asking for one for our inconvenience. Our food was very hot and delicious. Both my husband and I appreciate good customer service and she did this very well.

The food was good and the 2 different delivery persons were very nice. The only issue was the fact that I had ordered 2 items, but the 1st driver was only given 1 of the items and did not check the receipt until I pointed out the error. The 2nd item was then sent with the 2nd driver.

All of our food was fantastic tonight, we had wings, pizza, and dessert. You could tell the employees cared about their job and our satisfaction. From the person taking our call initially, to the lady checking us out at pickup, we had a great experience. Highly recommend, great job!! 9/9/21 9:00 p.m.

Haven't had Pizza Hut in a while. Forgot how good it was. Luv the new location.
