Los Dos Amigos - Nicholasville

Only one waiter for the whole place, food was excellent.

This place is really good. I've been eating at Los Dos Amigos going on almost twenty years now. It's always good. The owner is friendly and makes sure his store is consistently a great choice in a town with 4 other Mexican restaurants. My go to order for dining in or take out is the Steak Chimichanga and an order of chips and salsa and maybe extra queso. The portion sizes here are excellent you can ask for a to go box and feel like you got plenty for the price. Their rice with beans are always perfect. The salsa is great. The Chicken California Burrito is always awesome. The enchiladas! They have a lot of good stuff. They also have a bar and they have huge draft beers. If you've never been here give it a shot it's the best in Nicholasville.

Hands down the best option for Mexican food in Nicholasville. Don't waste your time and money elsewhere. The shrimp chimichanga is excellent. The refried beans are thick and creamy. Portions are large and the food is fresh. Highly recommend.

We have eaten here for years. Great place for a quick lunch for working people. In and out within 30 minutes. Good service and excellent service. Local people making great food.
