We have three people working and we 're getting slammed. It 's 6:30 pm. Not my problem and now you won 't get any money from me!
The employees were super nice. The food was good and the place was super clean. As i ate the manger Jay had to help with customers who were coming in with drive-through mess ups, and he was super nice and took care of the issues right away for them.
Taco Bell here has its flaws. Orders might be incomplete, and expect lengthy waits during afternoons and evenings despite low customer traffic. Think twice before visiting unless you're okay with these potential hiccups.
The manager, Mr. Jay Riley went above and beyond when I received an order incorrectly. He reached out to me and personally provided exceptional customer service. He did everything in his ability to rectify the situation and made me feel like a valued guest. I even spoke to his boss, a Mr. Wayne, even though he was very intimidating when speaking he remained professional in all aspects of business and continued to take great care of the importance of customer service. Thank you again for being sincere and understanding. The other staff members were kind and courteous throughout the process as-well. Vegetarian options: Meat can be replaced for beans : Parking: Entrance is a bit odd.
Upon entry heavy set dude acknowledged my order. After waiting for 20 mins he gave me the wrong order and forgot who I even came in there for. If they were was busy I would understand but this wasn’t the case. Just seems like a guy that’s not taking his job seriously.
