We just wanted a quick bite for dinner after a large lunch. ordered some Pizza Hut items. There were a total of 2 staff people for all 4 food areas. It was messy, condiments area was not upkept. Even our minimal order took a WHILE and there were not a lot of people in line at the time. These issues could have been easily remedied if they had enough staff.
I stopped at the Terrace to pick up a Sub for dinner. I was the only customer at the time, and it took a while to be acknowledged. Once I ordered at the Subway location the sub was quickly prepared and I was off to my room. Convenient location to grab a quick bite.
We went here while staying for a waterpark package. Took 45 minutes to get half of our order, and another 15 for the second part. For the time it took them to make our "FAST" food I could have cooked an entire roast beef with all the trimmings. Staff needs training - our order was easy and small - it should NOT take this long for FAST food. $50 for fastfood that took longer than a restaurant meal - I wish I could have gotten my money back - I would have gone to the Hard Rock instead.
Terrace Food Court is operated as a single restaurant containing Subway, Great Canadian Burger Company, KFC, and Pizza Hut, with a selection of menu offerings from each. It is conveniently located between the Crowne Plaza and Sheraton on the Falls hotels, and below the water park.Because so many options are offered, and the entire place is staffed by the same people, it seems that the employees may be a little overwhelmed by the job. I've been here on a few different visits and the experience has been largely the same: the food is decent but takes a long time as nobody seems to be entirely sure what they are doing.I ordered the personal pizza and wings combo, which was priced typically for Niagara Falls. It took about 10 minutes for the wings and 15 for the 6" pizza to be ready. I think this is a little on the long side personally. Could have been faster if the staff were better organized to handle the various franchises.
