Great Wolf Lodge Water Park Niagara

Many things to do that activities, eating and service are amazing! the whole team is passionate about their work and their priority are the visitors. thank you for the great time, my children loved it. just put the chlorine values in their pool, I think it is too high causing skin rash.

The water park is ingenious, but the arcade is a terrible expensive that leads to temperature-controlled tantrums and very annoyed children. for example the claw game requires 10 credits to play, which corresponds to $5 for a try. if a child spends 20 minutes in there, they could spend $50 easily. it's really incredible. there is no reason on the basis of the high cost of the room fee that they charge so much. it is very annoying for children.

The review would be 5 stars if we had not experienced repeated problems with our bracelets that were included in being locked out of our room! otherwise our stay was great and everyone had a great time! we were very satisfied with the way and wise how the pandemic requirements met. it is for a safer environment.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Everyone is genuine and incredibly friendly. It's the guests first and foremost. Customer Service and the whole experience is top notch. Definitely get the Paw Pass for the little ones, it's worth it. The pizza in the hotel is actually extremely good, I was surprised.The arcade seemed to have quite a few games out of service or not working properly but the staff in the arcade were very accommodating to reimburse you credits and go the extra mile to make it right.The Watering Hole needs to have a time limit on tables as when it is busy people are loitering and just sitting there when others are trying to find a place to sit down and eat. The food is great, everyone is very nice but lack of availability to sit and quickly eat dampened the mood.Overall, besides the arcade and watering hole, it was a fantastic experience I can't wait to take the kids here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here in early February! Can't wait to go back! My kids are age 5, 8 and 10, they really enjoyed everything Great Wolf Lodge has to offer! So did my husband and I too! Great for all ages!
