Buchanans Steak and Seafood

Had a lovely dinner at Buchanan's for our wedding anniversary. Good food, good prices compared to other steak houses in Niagara Falls, good service and nice quiet ambiance.

I had a good time with my family. I appreciate nice food, hospitality and music.

Ordered Filet medium but it came in well done. Had to send it back. Dinner was delayed due to this. Restaurant was not busy, but it took over 30 minutes to get the meal. Staff was very pleasant and apologized for the delay.

This was a very disappointing meal. My pickerel was absolutely dried out. The rice was so dry that it was crispy, and was basically inedible. The carrots were on the raw side of al dente. There was no excuse for this, as it was not a busy night, and there were only two of us dining, so my food should not have been kept under a warming light at all, let alone to this level.

Perfect for our anniversary. Portion sizes were not overwhelming left us feeling satisfied. Service was excellent. Both our waitress and receptionist were very friendly and met all of our needs.
