The service was bad for many reasons. we asked for hot water with lemon and had to remember our waitress twice about the lemons. one of our meal times lacked a product and when we noticed, we were keeping to want it. it was likely to be your fault not to bring it. I ordered wings and was not asked what sauce I wanted. not a big thing I forgot and forget our waitress. When my wings came with ranch, I asked politely blue cheese and I got subtle eye role and blamed for not asking her when I ordered. Maybe you should have asked me before you get it out? Eat was good and lived up to our usual expectation of what we would get at ordinary tgifridays.
It was a 45min wait for walk ins but since we booked on One Table first we were seated immediately! Awesome. Waitress was fantastic too. Brought drink refills before we even asked. Kids liked the kid meals and adults liked their meals as well.
The food was delicious and the service was good. the host must learn how to smile. our first impressions were not good, it was very unfriendly.
They got my husband's burger wrong, redid it and it was completely cold. We waited while they seated other who showed up after us before us. They are overpriced. I'm from Chicago and the meals were $3 more at least. My cheese wasn't even melted on my sizzling chicken and cheese. I would not recommend or suggest this Friday's. All I wanted was to go to my favorite restaurant while on vacation and was completely disappointed.
