Mcdonalds - Newtownabbey

Food is cold, even when getting a delivery it is ALWAYS wrong (mostly short). It is a total embarassment to McDonalds and whoever is in management needs to be swapped out for someone better !!!!!!

Went to mcdo newtownabbey for breakfast and ordered pancakes for my young son. Got the pancakes no syrup so ask for syrup and butter and was told that they dont do butter. What???

I walked into this mcdonalds and i ordered a sausage and egg mcmuffin and it was nothing less than brilliant, i was greeted at the till with the new employee Jack (i looked at the name badge) and they were very polite and down to earth, then after a short wait my Sausage and Egg McMuffin arrived with me and my Tropicana was cold and tasted fresh, my past experiences in this was very rough but this time it was extraordinary.

Not had a McDonalds in ages, thought I would try one now they can be delivered to your door in Swinton, Manchester. Delivery driver said he'd been knocking for ages even though it was a nano second I had been to the door and he wasn't there. The burger was almost cold, very messy, not presented well at all and the fries were small portion, dry, lukewarm with no taste and they forgot my sweet chilli sauce. The banana milkshake not as flavoursome as they used to be. The lemonade/raspberry slurpy looked better than it tasted, odd taste to it...I didn't really enjoy the meal and won't be ordering again...This is not the McDonalds I used to have back in the day....It was a better standard than this muck they gave me tonight...
