The fries were perfectly crispy with an addictive seasoning on top, and the meatburger was juicy. The homemade aioli is a must-try - it's tangy and pairs perfectly with the fries. The huh was just average - a bit dry and lacking in juiciness. Overall, a satisfying dining experience.
I had an allergic reaction to the pasta salad at the restaurant. I asked the staff for information on the ingredients used, but they seemed hesitant to provide any helpful details. It would be helpful for them to know what caused my reaction in order to avoid it in the future. Despite this incident, the overall dining experience was still enjoyable.
This place is average. it can get quite a lot to do during the lunchtime though, how who don't want huh and chips to lunch every day?! Unfortunately, that can be a little better and it was a bit dry. not bad for a fast eating and was reasonably expensive.
I happened to visit this chicken shop because one night it was very late but I felt really hungry and want to get something to eat. The shop is next to the Newtown station. I picked up some chicken tender, and there were only a few left so I spent $6.5 for 3. However it is not delicious. It's absolutely not worth that price. The tender piece is small and dried.
Nah...this is NOT a chicken place I would recommend. BBQ chicken was oily (pool of oil when I lifted it from container), and Southern Fried chicken was tasteless. Cole slaw was 'ok ', roasted veggies were dry. Staff were quite nice, I 'll say that. But if you want good BBQ chicken from Newtown, you ABSOLUTELY can 't beat Clem 's (up the street, same side of King Street, about 5 blocks an institution because they 're damn good. GREAT salads, chicken, customer service, chips, EVERYTHING!!!
