Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe had a ground floor room with ensuite walk-in shower. Tea, coffee and biscuits were replenished daily and there was a hairdryer and tv in the room. The bed was a bit hard for us on our first night there, but on request, housekeeping very quickly supplied a soft mattress topper and additional pillows. Breakfasts: Cereals and fruit were self service. Full Scottish breakfasts, toast, tea and coffee were served to the table. Three course evening meals were served to the table. There was a good choice of starters, main courses and desserts and we enjoyed our meals there. We would stay there again.

Came as part of a guided tour. Staff did not seem prepared to serve a large influx of people. The boilers circuit kept tripping and it could not stay on to provide hot water. The beds were terribly hard. Very dated building with cracked tiles, chipped paint, sticky/dingy carpets. Staff was friendly but seemed undertrained/understaffed. Cups were dirty, all vegetables were canned/frozen for meals. Juice was served warm. Toast was served cold. Any requests such as water/ice/coffee took forever. The only people there were from guided tours. Maybe that is a sign.
