This restaurant has a dedicated fryer and seems to genuinely accommodate gluten-free needs. They offer a gluten-free fish and chips night on Wednesdays, along with gluten-free chips, Mexican chips, and a few other options available every night. I've eaten here regularly and, as someone with celiac disease, I have not experienced any issues.
