Krispy Krunchy Chicken - Newport

Decent food, excellent customer service. Prices could be a bit better though.

Service was great we had a great server named Kara, she was great and super fast to get are order done and she was super nice, definitely recommend trying there chicken!

They usually enjoy eating out, but tonight we were disappointed with the old fries. This was very unusual for us, as we typically do not complain. When I politely asked for fresh fries because the ones we were served tasted old, the lady insisted that they were freshly made. I offered to pay for a new order of fresh fries, but she claimed she was too busy. The fries were so bad that I had to throw them away. The staff was apologetic, but the experience was embarrassing. It was surprising to me that the lady insisted I was being difficult. Other diners didn't know how to respond, but I appreciate the staff for apologizing on their behalf. This was definitely a case of bad customer service. I'm reconsidering returning to this restaurant.

There appears to be a group of children lounging around at the front of the restaurant, not doing much. Why are they even there? They seem quite unproductive and it seems like a waste of money. They should be required to actually work or be replaced with employees who fulfill their duties.
