Firehouse Subs Ashley Park - Newnan

Very disappointed, I love fire house sub but this was by far the worse. The cashier didn’t take my order right. I asked for the hook and ladder on the garlic toast but ended up with white bread. It didn’t have tomatoes, it was dry as dirt!! Very little Mayo and No mustard on it. I would not revisit and I would not recommend to others. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

The service at this location isn’t good. I placed a pickup order and went to the store and it wasn’t in the rapid response rack. I patiently waited for about thirty minutes because they were busy and then I noticed that people that ordered while I was there were getting there food. I thought to myself, I know I ordered before them so something is wrong. So I stood in line and noticed a bag on top of the bread toaster and I stood there for fifteen more minutes and never got acknowledged. I finally asked one of the employees of my name was on that bag and he acted like he didn’t hear me so I made sure to get his attention and indeed, my order was sitting there the entire time I waited. In total it was over 45 minutes I stayed in the store waiting for my food. I got cold subs that were supposed to be hot. I won’t be coming back.

Ordered a Medium, got a small. Pointed out that I wanted a Medium, Cashier said they were gonna make it a Medium. I didn't get a Medium. Charged me for a small. Despite the lack of customers, store was dirty and they were out of tea. It felt like they really didn't want me there, compared to my usual store. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

I can see why no one comes here. Takes them 20 minutes to get through one sandwich. Orders get backed up all the time.
