I personally witnessed a young lady preparing my tea orders. She dropped the cup full of tea on the floor and quickly grabbed several coffee filters to clean the messy floor with her hands. Surprisingly, without washing her hands, she refilled another cup and put the lid on. I spoke with her and asked why. She changed, of course, my tea after sanitizing her hands. Long story short. Seriously, your team needs an in-depth session of training for a healthy and clean restaurant. Please consider!!!

I'm an iced capp aficionado. That being said, I get that Tim Hortons has high turnover. However, I cannot recommend this Tim Hortons. I always ask for my iced capp made a specific way (espresso shot added on top after mixing the iced capp, to avoid a watered down drink). The cashier assures me that's how they make it but that is A LIE! Almost every time, they lazily make it how they feel like making it. Asking them to redo it to order garners dirty looks from staff. I'm sick of this treatment. Talking to the manager, I see where the problems stem from. She's rude to her staff and sets a very poor hygiene example (greasy unbrushed hair). She is a restaurant manager, not a trades worker. I'm just so disappointed with the way they treat me like a nuisance instead of a valued customer. I may give them a chance to retain my business, as I do believe in redemption arcs, but you'd be better off going to a different Tim's in the area for the time being. I'll update this review if I find them to have improved.
The cheddar cheese bagels were not made right. Barely any butter and the cheese was not soft.
